Kate joined the University of Michigan Office of the Vice President and General Counsel in 2022. Kate works with Michigan Medicine on various transactional matters with a focus on external strategy.
Prior to joining OGC, Kate was as assistant general counsel at Munson Healthcare. She has previous experience at several law firms, including Kirkland & Ellis’ Chicago office and Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s New York office. Kate received her B.A. cum laude for Northwestern University and J.D. cum laude from the New York University School of Law.
Outside the office, Kate likes to travel, be active, and be outside with her husband and two boys.
